Returns & Refunds Policy (30 Days)

Your satisfaction matters to us. We offer a 30-day Return & Exchange Policy starting from the day your order is delivered.

1) Eligibility

  • For change-of-mind returns, items must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

  • For defective/damaged on arrival items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos; we’ll replace or refund you in full.

  • Some items are non-returnable: final-sale items, gift cards, downloadable content, and free gifts.

2) Used / hygiene products

  • We generally cannot accept returns of used beauty or hygiene products.

  • However, if you experience an issue after trying the product, we can offer, upon review, a 50% refund or store credit on the used item returned within 30 days of delivery. (Shipping costs are not refundable.)

3) How to start a return

  1. Email contact@lylara.fr with subject “Return – Order #XXXX”.

  2. Include your order number, name, reason for return, and photos if the item is defective/damaged.

  3. We’ll reply with your RMA and the return address.

  4. Pack items securely and use a trackable shipping service.

Unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, wrong item), return postage is paid by the customer.

4) Exchanges

  • For product defects, we’ll ship a replacement at no cost.

  • For other reasons (e.g., preference), please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

5) Refunds timeline

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you the status of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2–5 business days; your bank may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit.

6) Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank/credit card issuer. If needed, contact us at contact@lylara.fr.

7) Shipping costs & fees

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except where the return is due to our error).

  • If a package is returned as undeliverable/refused, we can reship (additional postage may apply) or refund the product price only.
