Shipping Policy

Processing time

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours (business days).

  • You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 24–72h to update.

Where we ship from

  • We hold inventory in the US, UK, Germany, and Asia.

  • To deliver as fast as possible, we may ship your order from any of these warehouses and items in the same order may arrive in separate parcels.

  • Parcels are delivered by your local postal service or major carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, DHL, Royal Mail, Deutsche Post).

Duties & taxes

  • We cover customs fees and clearance before dispatch. You should not pay any additional fees on delivery.

Estimated delivery times

  • USA: typically ~7 days, please allow 6–14 days.

  • Canada/Europe/UK: 6–14 days.

  • Rest of world: 7–21 days.

During peak seasons, weather or carrier disruptions, delivery may take a few extra days.

Shipping fees

  • Shipping rates (and any free-shipping offers) are shown at checkout and apply as advertised on site.

Address changes & order edits

  • If you need to modify your shipping address, contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. After dispatch, changes are no longer guaranteed.

Lost/late/damaged deliveries

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the parcel, please wait 48 hours, check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us.

  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos; we’ll replace it or refund you at no cost.

Undeliverable / refused packages

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or unclaimed parcel, we can reship (additional postage may apply) or refund the product price (original shipping isn’t refundable).

PO boxes & APO/FPO

  • We can ship to most PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via eligible services.
